In this one, we are looking at a method used to repair / revive a 80s hard drive that has seek issues / bad sectors, with a system that runs under the DOS operating system. I do not accept any liability for this method failing on your system and causing damage. THIS METHOD WILL REMOVE ALL DATA ON YOUR DRIVE, PLEASE BACK UP IF POSSIBLE. This method does not repair sectors, but makes the drive useable again by mapping them.

1. Create DOS partition,

2. Create Primary DOS partition.

DOS installation will vary with system.
