The simplest way to repair your ship in Skull and Bones is by paying a bit of silver whenever your ship is docked. The first dockyard you discover in the campaign is Sainte-Anne, which serves as your main pirate hub. Later, you might find other outposts in far-flung locations. So, either press the Z key on your keyboard anywhere while your ship is docked, or if you are close enough to your ship, press "F" to embark. On the ship menu, hover over to the repair option. Selecting the "Repair" option as you board your craft ensures that the hull's hit points (HP) are fully restored.
Now, if you find yourself surrounded by enemy ships and away from the ports, and your ship is taking heavy damage, if you have enough repair kits, all you have to do is press the control key on your keyboard, then hover over to the repair kit icon, and left-click on it. Just remember, before you can use another repair kit in Skull and Bones, you’ll need to wait for the cooldown.
The other option involves either crafting your own repair kit or buying it. You can gather the crafting materials as you travel through the seas, then all you need to do is bring them to the carpenter to craft it. There are two levels of repair kits; the first one will heal up to 6000 HP, followed by level 2 that can heal 18000 HP.
