Does your Xbox 360 wireless controller often disconnect?

It is usually caused by bad connection inside the battery cover.
The battery cover has an internal power switch that will automatically active when it is attached to the controller. At some point, this switch will fail to work.

So, to make it work permanently, we should disassemble it and bypass the switch mechanism by soldering it.
