Scroll up or down to find Additional settings. Then, tap on it to view more settings you can manage.
While on the Additional settings menu, scroll down to the bottom section and then tap Back up and reset.
The Back up and reset menu opens, highlighting relevant features and commands.
Scroll down to the DAta Erasure section and then tap Erase all data.
A list of all reset commands will show up on the next screen.
To reset all settings and restore the default configuration without deleting any saved information, select the option to Reset system settings only.
Enter your device password or pattern on the next screen to proceed.
A pop-up window appears beneath the display.
To proceed with the reset, tap Reset system settings only.
The phone will then start erasing all recent changes made to the default settings and then restores them to their factory state or configuration.
When the reset is finished, the phone restarts by itself. As soon as it reboots, you can start to re-enable necessary features, particularly those that are disabled by default.
