In this video, I will show you how to reset app preferences on the Tecno POVA smartphone. You can execute this reset when dealing with app-related issues on your phone.

Resetting app preferences will reset all disabled and default apps, notification restrictions, permission restrictions and background data restrictions. As a result, your apps will behave like the first time they're launched or used on the phone. So when you open a certain file from a browser for instance, the phone will ask which app you'd like to use to open that file.
Here’s how to restore default app preferences on a Tecno POVA and other Tecno phones running on the same platform or software version.
