In this video, I will show you how to change or adjust the screen timeout or auto-lock settings on a Vivo y20i smartphone. Feel free to refer to this quick demo if you need help changing the phone settings to make the display stay on longer or go to sleep quicker from the moment it goes idle.

Android smartphones do come with a pre-installed screen timeout feature that users can set to make the phone screen stay on longer or shorter. Auto-lock is a display feature that prompts the display to lock or sleep after being idle for a certain period. If you don't want your phone screen to turn off quickly, then you can adjust this setting to increase the screen timeout duration. Otherwise, set it to a shorter duration available.
