Step 1. Open the Facebook mobile app and then tap "Menu."
Step 2. Tap "See Your Profile" at the top of this screen.
Step 3. Tap the ellipses icon next to Edit Profile, and then tap "Edit Archive" on the next screen.
Step 4. Tap "Trash." You'll see a list of all of the Facebook posts you've deleted within the last 30 days.
Step 5. Find the post you want to recover, and then tap the ellipses next to that post.
Step 6. Tap "Restore to Profile." A message asks if you're sure you want to restore this post to your Facebook profile, where it will be visible to anyone who could see it before it was deleted.
Step 7. Tap "Restore." The post will be restored on your Facebook profile.
