Video Transcript:
Google's Safe Search feature is intended to block explicit results from being returned in Google search. This is great for ensuring that inappropriate content isn't presented to kids or anyone else using your device. You should be aware that Google's safe search feature only blocks explicit results from being presented in Google search results, and it won't block explicit content from being returned in other search engines used on your Android device.

Now let's walk through the steps to turn the Safe Search feature on or off on your Android phone or tablet.

Step 1. Launch the Google Chrome app on your Android phone or tablet. You'll land on your Google Chrome home screen.

Step 2. Tap your profile picture at the top of the screen. A menu opens.

Step 3. Tap "Settings." The Settings screen is displayed.

Step 4. Tap "Hide Explicit Results" in this menu. The Hide Explicit Results screen is shown.

Step 5. Tap to toggle SafeSearch on. A message letting you know that SafeSearch is enabled is shown briefly at the bottom of the screen. You can navigate back to this screen at any time to turn the SafeSearch feature off on your Android device.
