Here's how to restrict apps on your iPhone:
Open the "Settings" app on your iPhone.
Tap on "Screen Time."
If you haven't set up Screen Time already, tap "Turn On Screen Time." Otherwise, enter your Screen Time passcode.
Tap on "App Limits."
Tap on "Add Limit."
Choose the app category you want to restrict, or tap "All Apps & Categories" to restrict all apps.
Set a time limit for the app(s) you want to restrict.
Tap "Add" in the upper right corner to save your new app restrictions.
Now, your chosen app(s) will be restricted according to the time limit you set. When you reach the time limit, you will need to enter your Screen Time passcode to access the app(s) again.
If you want to remove the app restrictions, follow these steps:
Open the "Settings" app on your iPhone.
Tap on "Screen Time."
Enter your Screen Time passcode.
