Settings i used : Ram 1.5 gig, Processor 1 core 1, Network NAT, USB turn on, enable 3D acceleration. However, i used Nawcom ModCD instead of EmpireEFI on my AMD pc because when using empireEFI my mouse not working but works perfectly when using Nawcom.

Download Nawcom ModCD here : http://blog.nawcom.com/?p=446 . For Intel PC recommended to use darwin snow iso or if not working then you can try boot using Nawcom.
