First, download D-Fend reloaded. It should contain latest DOSBOX inside. Install it anywhere.
Using Wizard add your selected game (in this example the game Sadist 2 is shown) and configure it like it is shown in this video.
Then you can launch this game in DOSBOX and it works very well even with sound!
You can download game Sadist 2 from http://gad.art.pl/ for free.
