1I figured it out! It's not too complicated, I don't think.
As in previous guide video, the mod shows incorrectly in the video, it was fullscreen for me.
However there is one thing I didn't know that I should mention, the replaced SDL.dll will get deleted if you uninstall the game through Steam, so make sure to copy SDL.dll to your mod directory first before uninstalling!
