To check your sent requests on Instagram:

1. Open the Instagram app on your device.
2. Tap on the profile icon in the bottom right corner.
3. In your profile, tap on the three horizontal lines in the top right corner to open the menu.
4. Select "Settings" at the bottom.
5. Tap on "Privacy."
6. Under the "Connections" section, choose "Activity Status."
7. Scroll down to the "Follow and Allow Message Requests" section.
8. Here, you can view your sent follow requests. If any are pending, they will be listed.
