The final, and perhaps most elaborate puzzle in Dino Crisis, is setting up the Third Energy Generator.

This video shows you how to create Dr Kirk's ID card, and once you have the Stablizer and Initalizer (acquired in one of two different ways, depending on whether you go with Gail or Rick's strategy) you get the generator up and running.
