How To Setup Best Performance in Total War Rome 2
208Simple video how to play Total War: Rome 2 decently if you do not have a super computer from NASA themselves. ;) Can also use these tricks for other versions I suppose not just Rome 2!
Extra Fps/performance tips:
- Play (in) desert faction, non-city area for best performance.
- Things that hog fps? 1. Shadows .2 HBAO 3. AA. etc.
- Textures on high is fine with a bit of filtering on.
- Turn on anything you don't need, or look at.
- Turn of all backgrounds applications, clean system etc.
- Latest drivers for everything, latest os etc.
- Having the game on a SSD can help loading and performance.
