How To Setup Player Direction Detection | Minecraft Command Block Tutorial
Today, Zer0's showing off a command block tutorial. Today he's showing how to do player derection detection. How does it work? Is it complicated? How many components are there in this command? Quite a few, it would seem...
Player direction detection has been in Java Edition for a while. I honestly don't know how long it's been in Bedrock, though. Basicaly, it looks to see what direction the player is facing, and gives an output based on that. If it succeeds, then it turns on. If it doesn't, it turns off. It's actually a lot simpler than it sounds to setup, it just takes a bit of trial and error. If we had debug text like Java does, setting this up might be a lot easier. But anyway, if you guys enjoyed this video, be sure to let me know. Any feedback would be greatly appreciated.
