VSThost Setup Tutorial: How to get Live Audio Compression via Software for Free

This is a concise step-by-step guide to show you how to setup VSTHost with ReaperPlugins to get live audio processing (noise-gate, EQ, compression, etc.) on your microphone. Works great for both live-streaming & recording purposes.

I forgot to mention: if you have correctly set the plugin path but they are not showing up in the menu, simply do File/Rescan Plugins.

NOTE: I found a bug where in Windows 10, if you try to shut down the PC before closing out of VSTHost you will lose your plugin settings. Remember to close out!
