How To Shoot A Telezoom Lens Handheld

The golden rule to shooting your lens handheld is to shoot your shutterspeed at a faster number than that of your focal length.
Working example.....
Focal Length = 70 mm / Shutterspeed = 80
Focal Length = 100 mm / Shutterspeed = 125
Focal Length = 200 mm / Shutterspeed = 250
This will always result in non blurry images for you :)
