Solution:

1. Check if the ESET Service is missing
Windows XP: Click Start Run, type services.msc and click OK. Click Start, type services.msc into the search field and then click services
If the ESET Service is missing than uninstall your ESET security product in Safe Mode
If the ESET Service is present continue to solution II below.

2. Make sure the ESET Service is running.

If you do not see Started next to Service Status, click Start. After the ESET service initializes, click OK

3. Ensure that your computer is clean.

Reinstall the windows and after that first important step you taken install ESET Antivirus on system.
Scan all system drives.
