In this beginners guide tutorial video I show you how to spawn in animals in custom locations on your DayZ Community Server for PC, PlayStation & Xbox Consoles.
Using this technique we are creating a new unique event for this custom animal spawn, so it will not interfere with the existing vanilla animal spawns.
The specific examples I talk thru are to spawn in some cattle at a custom location, and a bear in a custom location too.
I recommend you download the required files from your server, back them up, then do the editing in your favorite text editor (notepad ++ is very good!).
The files we will be working with are events.xml, cfgenvironment.xml, cfgevenetspawns.xml and your custom territories file.
