In this video of Super Mario World, I want to show what you can do with multiple baby yoshi's in a level, and show what's required to spawn baby yoshi in different areas, and levels.
*For Mobile Users. If you at least have an emulator, that can do cheat codes.
Look at all the cheats I list below. The address have an order to it. If you want to change an enemy within the same level, just increase the numbers slightly. For levels I didn't list, maybe try a difference of 10. I suggesting adding a bunch of codes, to test them all at once. It's just trial & error if you don't have a PC.*
