Don't you hate it when you're on Youtube and the videos don't load up fast enough in the time that you want to watch it, then you're forced to leave the video due to lag and late buffering. Well this video might with your problem.

I'm talking about SpeeBitVideo Accelerator, this free program will a low you to load Youtube videos and other videos on many popular sites in half the time it would without using.

Oh yeah the way you turn off the notifications is by right clicking the tray Icon, next go to settings and and uncheck the box that says notification window.

Note: I was using too many programs with the accelerator at the end of the video, so that lagged my Camtasia screen recording program, now the video at the part with the demonstration was a bit laggie.
