Go back to the main menu and select "Settings"
In the "Settings" menu, choose "Sharing and Broadcasts."
In the "Sharing and Broadcasts" settings, select "Audio Sharing Settings."
Here, you can choose the audio settings for voice chat. To prevent voice chat from being shared, ensure that the "Include Microphone Audio in Video Clips" and "Include Microphone Audio in Broadcasts" options are turned off.
Then in a party, go to party audio settings and don't allow voice to be shared!
