To turn a werewolf back to being a regular sim they will first need to discover the Wolf-B-Gone recipe, which can be done by reading Werewolf books (such as the Diary of Greggorious Lunvik).
After this is done, then they will need to collect three moonpetal, and ten wolfsbane as ingredients for the drink. Moonpetal can be found atop the giant mountain, and will only be harvestable from 7pm during a full moon night. Wolfsbane can be harvested nearish the Lunvik lake, on the way to greg's house.
After you've unlocked the recipe and have the ingredients, make the drink and then drink it to return back to normal. Note that I suggest taking the Cure Seeker aspiration while finding a cure for your werewolf, as this will provide a bonus trait called Lunar Link for your sim when they are cured.
