To test your internet connection speed on PS5, follow these steps:

Go to Settings.
Select Network.
Choose Test Internet Connection.

This will take approximately 30 seconds to complete and will display your download and upload speeds in Mbps. If you want to get a better connection, try connecting to the 5G Wi-Fi or the LAN. If youโ€™re experiencing slow internet speeds on your PS5, you can try the following tips to improve your connection:

Use a wired connection (LAN) instead of Wi-Fi.
Move your PS5 closer to your router to improve signal strength.
Check for any firmware updates for your router and install them if available.
Close any other applications or devices that are using the internet while youโ€™re gaming.
