HI THERE! Since we're all trapped inside with the COVID-19 going on, I thought this would be a great time to get more workout videos in! I'm using only dumbbells in this workout and its about only 20-30 minute workout. Unless you're like me and get distracted and it ends up being over an hour LOL but I hope you guys enjoyed it and get up and move!!!
