✏ ️ Nintendo Switch 2 has been a bit unclear about how exactly we would transfer out Switch 1 games and save files to the Switch 2, implying that we need to physically have our Switch 1 beside our Switch 2.. that's not the case! We're able to transfer everything via the cloud.
Yesterday Nintendo Switch 1 got an update to the Nintendo eShop that now includes Switch 2 games and Switch 2 game upgrade prices, which is more reasonable than expected..
Microsoft is also following Nintendo and increasing the price of their consoles, accessories AND games, for no reason whatsoever.
I also wanted to share my own theory about a new Switch 2 Mario game coming in 2026 to coincide with the new Mario Movie, and a new Switch 2 Zelda game to launch in 2027 alongside the Zelda live-action movie.
