Let me walk you through the steps of how to transfer your Xbox 360 game saves over to your Xbox One. This will allow you to pickup where you left off in any of the titles you play using backwards compatibility

Steps:
1. Boot up your 360
2. go to settings
3. storage
4. enable cloud storage
5. navigate to your game saves on your hard drive.
6. select Move or Copy and select the Cloud drive
