With DayZ update 1.21 PlayStation & Xbox Servers got a new feature which was designed to prevent players quickly swapping between multiple accounts (and therefore characters) in order to unfairly horde loot or defend & attack bases.
Unfortunately this new "Multiple Account Server Log-In Delay Timer" also had the effect of preventing Admins from quickly moving or teleporting around their Console Community Servers by using multiple accounts, it hindered accounts that were just for traders, and also could effect players that were on consoles using the same IP Address or Network.
Thankfully BI, Nitrado and the DayZ Devs have reacted quickly to add a new option to the settings page of the Nitrado Servers web interface, so you can tick a box labelled dayzstandalone/settings/disableMultiAccountMitigation, then save and restart your server, and you and your players will be able to quickly swap between multiple accounts.
