To turn on captions for a Reel on Instagram in 2023, you can follow these steps:
Open the Reel you want to add captions to in the Instagram app.
Tap the "..." button in the top right corner of the screen.
Select "Edit Reel"
Tap the "Add subtitles" button
Type in your captions, you can also choose different font, color, background, and placement.
Once you have added your captions, tap "Done" in the top right corner.
To turn off captions on a Reel in Instagram in 2023:
Open the Reel you want to remove captions from in the Instagram app.
Tap the "..." button in the top right corner of the screen.
Select "Edit Reel"
Select the caption you want to delete or turn off.
click on the trash icon or delete button to delete it.
Once you have removed your captions, tap "Done" in the top right corner.
