How to turn your old PC into a Powerfull NAS Server!
142This video is about how to turn your PC into a Powerfull Synology NAS DIY with Baremetal and Xpenology Disk Station Manager 6.2.2 Operating System.
NAS stands for Network Attached Storage and can be very handy for to backup your files and to keep your important files seperately stored on your network for home and work usage.
Follow the video tutorial step by step and you will be good to go.
Do not worry if the installation is not going to work at once. You will need to practice and follow the online video also use Xpenology forums to have most related information about this project.
This Tutorial is only for the DS918 Plus version, read the entire post before starting!
