01.Complete the quest 'Uniting the Isles'
from Khadgar in Dalaran's Violet Citadel.

the quest has 5 objectives, each one is
to raise your reputation to friendly with a Boken Isles faction

02.Complete the quest 'Armies of Legionfall'
from Khadgar @ Krasus' Landing, Dalaran

03.Complete the 'Assault on Broken Shore' (ALT can SKIP!)

04.Once you are done and UNLOCKED the World Quests on The Broken Shore,
'The Hand of Fate' should become availabe from Khadgar in the Violet Citadel.

05.The Battle for Argus Begins Cinematic 07:09

06.@ this point just ... follow the quest line (NO SKIP!)
