Text Tutorial
1. Go to Dead Rising 3 folder.
2. Create a text file and rename it and the extension to "User.ini" (without quotes)
3. In the ini file type in without quotes "gmpcr_unlock_frame_rate = True"
4. Save and close the file.
5. Profit!
