0To get this trophy, you will need to have the same 3 items equipped on your survivor. This does not include weapons that are placed in your inventory. It should be equipped on your survivor's back.
If you're unable to find a melee weapon that you can equip on your survivor's back, you can use a long stick that you can harvest from plants or trees.
