The Middle earth shadow of mordor game is capped at 100 FPS by default without this fix so by following this tutorial you will learn how uncap and or unlock the frame rate if you are playing on a windows operating system.
Disable frame rate limit:
Go to the configuration files location.
Open render.cfg with a text editor.
Set Render.Setting.FrameRateLimit to "3.000000".
Note: Causes a bug in the mission "Big Game" that prevents progression; limit frame rate to advance past this.
