For today's video I will be teaching you on how to enable the PlayStation Vita's 4th CPU Core for your favorite Homebrew applications as well as retail games! It's been quite awhile since I've talked about the PlayStation Vita on my channel & I'm glad to make another tutorial/overview about these new set of Homebrew applications/plugins.
