To unpair your Xbox Elite Controller from a computer PC, you can try the following methods:

Remove the battery pack: This is the most reliable way to unpair an Xbox controller from a PC. Simply slide off the back battery cover and remove one or both batteries. Your controller will be unpaired until you pair it again.

Disconnect Bluetooth: If you are using a wireless Xbox controller via Bluetooth, you can unpair it by disconnecting it from your PC. Navigate to your computer’s Bluetooth settings and disable Bluetooth to sever the connection between your PC and your controller. The controller should then be unpaired as well.

Unplug the controller: If you are using a wired Xbox controller, unplug its cable from your PC to unpair it.
