To play the same game on Xbox Series X|S with two controllers, you can use the copilot feature. Here are the steps to enable copilot:

Connect both controllers to your Xbox Series X|S.
Press the Xbox button on the first controller to open the guide.
Select Profile & system - Settings - Accessibility - Controller.
Choose Copilot settings.
Select Turn on Copilot.

Once you have enabled copilot, both controllers will be linked, and both players will have full control. If you prefer to use two profiles for the two players, you can create a new profile for the second player and sign in with their account
