How to update Gigabyte Motherboard BIOS easily (feat B650I AORUS ULTRA)
53There might be various reasons to update your BIOS. Brands will often tell you NOT to do it unless you really have to. But recent AMD boards need to be fixed to ensure stability with AMD EXPO and SOC voltage.
Here I'm showing you how to check your firmware version:
Use CPU-Z https://www.cpuid.com/softwares/cpu-z.html
Or your BIOS
Then download the relevant bios update from the Gigabyte website.
Mash DEL or F2 to get into the BIOS when you've turned your PC on and then press F8 or look for the Q flash settings. From there, you can then install your BIOS.
Note it will take ages to do, so it's worth being patient. Very patient.
