First thing to check is that your computers hardware is 64 bit compatible, To check this go to https://www.grc.com/securable.htm and download and run the application. The number on the left hand side should say 64 not 32.

Next download the windows 10 media tool from https://www.microsoft.com/en-gb/software-download/windows10 install media and burn it to a USB drive or DVD

Get the currently used windows 10 product key by typing the following at the command prompt. https://www.youtube.com/edit?video_id=cXUheEzqrPY

wmic path softwarelicensingservice get OA3xOriginalProductKey

Then reboot your machine and press any key to boot to the windows 10 media.
