How to Upgrade/Verify SadaPay Account | SadaPay Wallet Account Verify
186As per regulations from the State Bank of Pakistan, our default incoming credit limit is 50,000 PKR/month for a SadaPay account. But, you can increase your limit to 200,000 PKR/month by performing your biometric verification at your nearest NADRA E-Sahulat agent.
It's easy! Here are the steps:
1. Visit the nearest NADRA e-Sahulat agent with your original CNIC card. You can find the location closest to you by using the following link:

*If you reside in an area that is not in Karachi, Lahore, or Islamabad, we highly recommend that you call the E-Sahulat Franchise before your visit to make sure that they have a bio-metric machine, as it is necessary for this process.
2. Inform the E-Sahulat agent that you want to perform the biometric verification with fingerprint submission that generates a bar-code receipt and costs 120 PKR.
Don't worry about the cost, as we will refund this amount to your SadaPay account later!
Please make sure that the verification that you perform has a receipt that looks like the one shown below (it must have a barcode), and also inform the agent that you want to submit your fingerprint.
Please make sure that the agent performs the verification that requires you to submit your fingerprint, because otherwise the agent might make a mistake and perform your National ID card verification instead of the bio-metric verification.
We recommend you show the NADRA agent this sample receipt so that they are also clear on which verification to perform.
3. The agent will ask you to present your CNIC card and then proceed to collect your fingerprint. Once your verification is done, the agent will provide you with a receipt that should look like the one shown above.
4. Once you collect the receipt, please share the 19-digit receipt number at the bottom of the barcode (the one the arrow is pointing towards in this picture above) with us via our in-app chat support in the SadaPay app.
Our team will verify the receipt and update your account credit limits to 200,000 PKR/month!
