How to Use a DoorDash Gift Card !
Using a DoorDash gift card is an easy process, and it allows you to pay for orders directly from your gift card balance. This guide walks you through the steps to redeem and use your gift card within the DoorDash app.
To get started, open the DoorDash app and log into your account. Once logged in, tap on your profile icon, located at the top-right corner of the screen, to access your account settings. From here, select "Payment Methods" or scroll down to find the "Gift Cards" option. Tap on "Gift Cards" to proceed.
In the "Gift Cards" section, you’ll see options to shop for or redeem a gift card. To use your gift card, tap on the "Redeem" icon, typically located in the top-right corner of the screen. Enter the PIN from your gift card carefully in the provided field, then tap "Redeem to Your Account."
The balance from your gift card will be added to your account. When placing an order, the gift card balance will automatically be applied at checkout, covering your purchase up to the card’s remaining value. If the order total exceeds the gift card balance, you can pay the difference with another payment method.
This straightforward process ensures that you can easily redeem and use a DoorDash gift card for your next meal or delivery. If you encounter any issues, DoorDash’s support team is available to assist.
