21प्रधान मंत्री नरेंद्र मोदी ने शुक्रवार को कहा कि बिहम-आधार डिजिटल भुगतान प्लेटफॉर्म स्मार्टफोन पर अपने बॉयोमेट्रिक डेटा का उपयोग करके प्रत्येक भारतीय को डिजिटल रूप से भुगतान करने के लिए भारतीय अर्थव्यवस्था को क्रांति कर सकता है।
नागपुर में बीएचआईआईएम-आधार डिजिटल मंच का शुभारंभ करते हुए प्रधान मंत्री मोदी ने कहा कि यह दुनिया में कहीं भी अभूतपूर्व रूप से डिजिटल भुगतान को बढ़ावा देगा और 'कम नकदी' अर्थव्यवस्था की ओर एक कदम होगा और काले धन के खतरे से मुकाबला करेगा।
प्रधान मंत्री मोदी ने कहा कि भैमरा-आधार मंच भीमराव आर। अम्बेडकर द्वारा तैयार किए गए भारत के संविधान के रूप में आम भारतीय को सशक्त बनाने की समान भूमिका निभाएंगे, जिनकी 126 वीं जयंती शुक्रवार को चिह्नित की जा रही है।
प्रधान मंत्री ने बी.ए.आर. की जयंती के अवसर पर विभिन्न विकास कार्यों का उद्घाटन किया। अम्बेडकर ने कहा कि देश के लोगों को स्वतंत्रता सेनानियों के सपने को पूरा करने का प्रयास करना चाहिए।
उन्होंने कहा कि अगले पांच सालों में हर भारतीय का घर होना चाहिएI
Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Friday said the BHIM-Aadhaar digital payments platform can revolutionise the Indian economy by enabling each Indian to pay digitally using their biometric data on a smartphone.
Launching the BHIM-Aadhar digital platform in Nagpur, PM Modi said it would boost digital payments in a manner unprecedented anywhere in the world and would be a step towards a 'less-cash' economy and combat the black money menace.
PM Modi said the BHIM-Aadhaar platform would play the same role of empowering the common Indian as the Constitution of India, framed by Bhimrao R. Ambedkar whose 126th birth anniversary is being marked on Friday.
The Prime Minister, who inaugurated various development works here to mark the birth anniversary of B.R. Ambedkar , said the people of the country should strive to fulfill the dreams of freedom fighters.
He said each and every Indian should have a house in the next five years.
