How to Use Knife in Black Ops 6 & Warzone - Use Melee Weapon
21In this video I show you how to use a knife in Black Ops 6 and Warzone. With the introduction of Black Ops 6 you now have a dedicated melee weapon spot. With this system you can't just switch to your secondary to use your melee weapon. Instead, you will need to hold down your melee button.
Depending on your button layout and controller your melee button will differ. However, on a PlayStation controller you will typically need to hold down Circle or your right-stick. Similarly, on an Xbox controller you will need to hold down B or your right-stick.
Furthermore, if you are playing on PC then the default melee button will be V or the Mouse 4 button. Of course, you can change this keybind to anything you wish.
Alternatively, you can also change the way you swap to your melee weapon in Black Ops 6 and Warzone. Instead, you can cycle through your weapons. This allows you to swap from your primary weapon, to your secondary, then to your melee weapon in a cycle. To do this you will need to go to the Combat settings for your Input device, and change the Dedicated Melee Weapon Activation to Weapon Cycle.
If you are playing Call of Duty with PC inputs then you can also set a custom keybind for swapping to your melee button. If you choose to do so then pressing the button will automatically swap to your melee weapon.
