To find out your graphics card:
-Press Windows Key + R (or press Start and search Run)
-Type dxdiag and click OK
-Click the Display 1 tab for your graphics information

-Download CPU-Z here: http://www.cpuid.com/softwares/cpu-z.html
-Install, launch, and click on the Graphics tab

If your computer supports Shadowplay you can download the Nvidia GeForce Experience here: http://www.geforce.com/geforce-experience

Nvidia Shadowplay is a free alternative to Fraps and other recording programs if you have the correct hardware. I'm unaware if AMD has a similar program. Shadowplay requires a GTX 600 series or newer graphics card, but puts far less strain on your system than Fraps and has better quality than Open Broadcaster.
