How to use R2ModManPlus to run mods on ROR2:
Download R2MonManPlus: https://thunderstore.io/package/ebkr/r2modman/
Drag contents of zip file anywhere. Open r2modmanplus and run application.
If windows wont let you install it, click more info and install anyway.
Once program is installed, create a profile, this is for using different sets of mods. You only need one profile.

Once into the program, on the left side, under mods, click online.
download the first 2 mods, BepinExPack and R2API with dependencies
I also suggest multitudes and DebugToolkit and UnmoddedClients

Hit start modded and you're IN. if you want to play with mods, run the r2modman program and hit started modded. If you wanna play vanilla just start thru steam
