How to use storyboards to design better user experiences
Pavel Samsonov is OBSESSED with creating great user experiences. How does he do it? By working backwards from the user experience. And a key part of the WORKING BACKWARDS approach is to draw STORYBOARDS before creating detailed screen mockups.
To learn more, I talked with Pavel Samsonov, a design architect at Amazon Web Services, whose job is to help big companies rethink their business practices to better serve customers. Pavel is a leader in using deliberately sketchy storyboards to focus early design discussions on the customer's experience, not on how that experience is achieved in software.
Enjoy my revealing interview with Pavel.
