To view your PS5 captures on your phone using the PlayStation app, follow these steps:

Install the PlayStation app on your smartphone.
Link your PS5 console to the app.
Enable auto-upload in the settings under console management.
Open the PlayStation app and select “Library”.
Go to “Captures” to find your video clips and screenshots.
Once you’ve enabled auto-upload, any supported screenshots and video clips captured on your PS5 console will be automatically uploaded. You can then:

Download them to save on your device.
Share them with friends via Game Base.
Send them using other supported apps on your device.
Remember that captures are available in the app for 14 days after creation on your PS5 console
