From a lot of requests, people have asked about the voice effects I use in mostly my hetagames and sometimes others to give them a neat edge audio wise. Also during this we go over the specialty voice effects requested to know about such as HetaFear and Dreamtalia!!

Basic things I go through:
Reverb (Reverse and Regular w/ GVerb)
Radio (FFT Filter + High Pass Filter)

To Be able to do the Radio effect you must have a version of Audacity that is less than ver 3
