If you want to just get rid of all the loot, player progression and buildings on your DayZ Private Community Custom Server, without doing a fresh install and deleting your mods, one of the simplest ways is just to delete the "storage1" folder in your missions folder.
Remember to stop the server first, delete the folder, make the changes you want to do (uploading custom xmls) and then restart the server.
